I bought this FDK Multi 700E 2 metre transceiver from Richard back in the late 1970s. I sold it to a friend, Cliff, in the 1980s. It’s now 2024 and Cliff has given it back to me!
Here I am in the shack in 1984, 40 years ago, looking very young! The FDK is just visible on the shelf behind me. There’s also a Pye Westminster, a Marconi Atalanta receiver, a Yaesu FT101B and some unknown gear. Happy days!
